The application fee is $65 per applicant. The security deposit is equivalent to one month's rent.
What do the apartments come with?
Every home is brand-new construction with granite countertops, wood plank flooring, washer/dryer hookups, and open-concept living. Choose a second-floor balcony or a first-floor patio, and every home has its own private front door.
Is there valet trash?
Yes, at every home -- no walking bags to a dumpster.
Are the homes ADA-compliant?

Are pets allowed?
